W32/Gibe.gen@MM virus ???

Anyone know what the W32/Gibe.gen@MM virus is and how can I fix it.

Also does it have something to do with spaming you hotmail and
Messenger with blank emails and "XXX has added you to their
Messenger...."

Greetings EVa,

The W32/Gibe.gen@MM virus usually comes with e-mails that are supposedly from "Microsoft
Public Services" and contain an exectuable disguised as a security patch (it's really the
virus).
