Quicken Windows Version 6 for 95 and 3 work on XP

I want to purchase a new PC with Windows XP.

Will I be able to load on to the new PC Quicken Version 6 on to a Windows XP
system. The box for Quicken states that it was developed for 95 and 3.

You should use only Quicken 2002 or 2003 with Windows XP.
Time to upgrade to a new Quicken program!
