msn messenger

hi iv always used msn explorer and messenger and used to
be able to send and receive files using it but for some
reason now i can only send my files but cannot receive
files why is this??please help

Maybe a firewall or such. Have you disabled the built in firewall that
comes with XP.

hmmm think so.but i havent changed any of them setting
for months and everything was working fine until today.
