Shared Folders in Outlook

With my old version of Outlook (2002?) I was able to
create shared folders (such as contacts) that other
people use access. I have since switched to XP office &
this version of Outlook does not support shared folders.
I NEED to be able to have this info shared. Any
suggestions?? Help please!

Put the folders in the '../allusers/shared documents' folder structure.
