View Full Version : Print preview outputs to a different account

I have recently upgraded to XP Home. I have installed a
printer (HP deskjet 990cxi) via the administrator account.

When I print from another account and am using the HP
print preview feature, the HP preview gets output to the
administrator's screen. I then have to switch user to the
admin account to complete the print.

If I don't use the HP print preview, the print goes out
straight away.

Does anybody know of this problem and how to fix it?

Control panel, Internet Properties. Advanced tab,
uncheck "Enable Third Party Browser Extensions".
Restart IE.
