You need to install IIS, and its subcomponent Terminal Services Web
Connection.

To access your compter from a remote location, use the address
http://<ipaddress>/tsweb

Where ipaddress is the address of the machine you're trying to remote into.

If you're behind a firewall or router, you'll need to forward ports 80 and
3389 to the machine that you're trying to access.

Additionally, Terminal Services Web Connection is not necessary, if you have
the Remote Desktop client installed on the Guest machine. You can still
use the IP address of the target machine for access. Port 3389 still needs
to be forwarded if you're behind a router or firewall. TS Web is handy
when the Remote Desktop client is not installed on the guest machine.
