Every time I try to sign in it says password or address is
incorrect. I put in E mail address and computer password
that works with everything else in the computer. How come
I cant't get signed in? Thanks JC

Greetings JC,

Firstly, verify that you're computer's date/time is set correctly (double-click the clock in
the right-hand corner) and check that the year, month and day is set accurately.

Then sign into Messenger again, after typing your login/password, click the 'Sign me in
automatically' box. Then try again.

Maybe this sounds daft, but one of my friends asked me the same question
just last week. I discovered he was trying to sign in with his regular
Outlook Express email account, and not a net passport account. Do you have
a hotmail account? If not you need to get one and sign in with that.
Apologies if this is a dumb answer.
