I have both a laptop and PC using the same .NET sign on.
On my laptop, if I sign out or sign in on my PC, logging
off the other, the laptop keeps signing back in every
couple min. without any activity happening, no browser or
outlook open or active. I am running the newest ver. on
each and no anti-virus on either. I'd like to have it
stay signed out, until I want it signed on, because I am
usually on my PC, because I am continually having to sign
back in here, afetr the laptop takes it back over. Help!

Greetings Bill,

It sounds like Messenger is "re-finding" your Internet connection and therefore signing in
again. The real solution to this would be just close Messenger instead of just signing off,
and then starting it again when you want to sign in.
