WinXP login Profile

Hi guys,
ive created a new user and added him to the users group.
Ive done this as an administrator. When i try and login as
the newly created user, i get an error saying that the user
profile could not be loaded and i should contact the
network administrator. Ive tried to assign a specific
profile for the user but even that does not appear to work.
What do i do?
