HELP PLEASE ASAP!!!!

An application error is annoying me. There are windows
popping up and leaving fast that interfere with many
programs I go into. For example when I'm typing, these
suddenly popping up windows either automatically press
the ENTER button twice or releases the cursor. Or when I
log on to something, my application expires when I go to
another page. The error says: C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\iexplore.exe c0000005 mshtml (635FF7F3). I need
help fixing this problem. Iwould really appreciate this.
