taskbar notification area

The aroow used to show the icons that are not show on the
taskbar notification area disapeared and i dont know how
to get it back. please help

Right click the Task Bar, click Properties
Place check in "Hide inactive icons"

Already is already checked, only the the little arrow is
gone, and even if i select "always show", the icon don't
come back.

Some applications have an option to show or not show the icon so check
the options and settings in the applications themselves.
Otherwise if you really want the icon, uninstall/reinstall the
application.
