Administrative privileges

How do you restore administrative priviledges when you
are logged on as owner? The owner loggin has limited
priviledges.

Jack;
Log in to a profile with Administrator access.
Then go to User Accounts in Control Panel, select the user.
Change the account type.

Other reboot to Safe Mode, select Administrator, follow directions
above.
