In XP how do I uninstall/reinstall Netmeeting V3?

My version just hangs when you try and go into History.I
guess I have corruption hence the need to reinstall.

It can't really be uninstalled and reinstalled -- the files are protected
against deletion, being overwritten.

You can reinitialize the registry to unconfigured state using the procedure
