I keep getting an error message when I try to access add
and remove programs in the control panel in windows XP.
The message "an exception occurred while trying to run
shell32.dll, control_rundll, c:\windows\system32
\appwiz.cpl", add or remove programs" is displayed and
the add and remove programs screen closes. Does anyone
have any clue as to why and what I can do about this
error. Any help would be appreciated. I also get the
message error trying to run a dll as a app in some other
programs. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me
with this.
