My computer moves super slow and the sounds sometimes
skips, or chops up in places. I recently uninstalled a
bunch of things that may have affected it, which stupid
me, didn't create a system restore point before messing.

So, what could this be? ... how can it be helped.

download tweakxp pro from http://www.totalidea.de/tweakxpdown.shtml

this is a utility that will give some insight and a little more control over
your system. then if you are still having issues, try norton Utilities. in
there is a Windoctor, and it does just that, fixes windows.

any problems just gimme a shout

TweakXP and I have windoctor, Windoctor finds nothing
wrong at all and I don't get what you want me to do with
Tweak XP. Details man.
