Messenger will not work...

5 days ago, my messenger just simply quit working. I try
to access it and it tells me my name and password are
wrong. I have checked all server status, sent emails to
Microsoft, etc. Please someone, let me know what to do.

Greetings Gwen,

The quickest way to fix this would probably be to just use System Restore to restore your
computer back to when it was working. To do so, click Start, choose Help & Support, then
"Undo changes to my computer using System Restore" and go back 5 days.
