My client has a Hewlett Packard laptop with Microsoft Windows XP Home
edition on it. Recently he installed service pack 1 as part of the automatic
updates. Now his computer does not boot past the Windows XP splash screen.
The system only restarts over and over. Please give suggestions on how to
rectify this problem.
