ive sent a error report to ms and they said to download
filemon from www.sysinternals.com i did no help :(
but maby it will help you. ps ive got 320 megs ram (new)
and a amd 750 mhz pross not overclocked
so i doubt if thats the prob if u figure out any thing

Very possibly it is a temp problem.. Are you fans working properly within your
case?
