Insert your XP CD and open a Command Prompt window. Enter the following
commands:

EXPAND -R X:\I386\OCGEN.DL_ C:\Windows\System32\dllcache
EXPAND -R X:\I386\OCGEN.DL_ C:\Windows\System32\Setup

Where X is your CD Rom drive. This assumes that XP is installed to C: and
is in the Windows folder. If not, adjust the commands above accordingly.
