Check your system to see if you have any unsigned drivers
that may be causing the problem.

Go to Start > Run and type: SIGVERIF , and hit enter.

Thanks, I have quite a few. Will try temp disableing them
one at a time and see what happpens.

I have exactly the same problem and use the same quick
fix by terminating the process. Is the cisvc program
corrupt? Is there a patch available?
