Try uninstalling it in the Safe Mode. To get there, reboot and after you've
successfully gone through the POST, hold down the F8 key until you get a
menu where one of the choices is Safe Mode. Choose Safe Mode and when the
boot is finished, you should be able to delete your program. After you
finish the delete, reboot again to Windows and you'll be fine.
