re-installing xp professional

I recently installed a 2.1gb hard drive in my system to
use just for the operating system. I have xp pro
installed now. How do I make a systems disk and re-
install xp on the 2.1gb. I know I should install it
before I reformat my original drive. Will I have to re-
register my copy again?

I think you will need to re install because of xp activation proceedure.
