How do you reset the spell check in outlook express when
you get an error message.

A file, CSAPI3T1.DLL, may not be installed.

Expand it from the CD compressed file

D:\i386\expand D:\i386\csapi3t1.dl_ %systemdrive%\Program Files\Outlook
Express\csapi3t1.dll
