Trying to sign-in to Windows Messenger, and it keeps
telling me either my sign-in name or password are
invalid. However I can happily go and sign-in everywhere
else with my passport credentials. Anyone got any ideas ?
Cheers,
Mike.

hi, are you behind a proxy or a firewall ?
Check if your parameters are good.

Do you have update your messenger version recently ?
If you have 4.7.200x, I've got maybe the same problem, it could be a
new messenger feature : connect on hotmail server on port 443 seems to
be very slow.

I posted a message about that.

Did it work before on your pc, and did it happened without any new
software install (like directx 9, windows media....)

Yours,
XsCream.
