UserData Directory

When I go to the User Data directory in Documents and
Settings all I see are coded directories with no files.
How can I replace the Normal.Dot and Outlook.pst files
with my personal files.

When you search for files, there is a check box under "Advanced" that allows
searching for hidden and system files.
