Any way for me to exclude the MSN chat option on Windows
Messenger? I don't want users clicking this, downloading
the add-ins and spending day on MSN chat. I've been
looking for reg keys for this but can't find.

Unfortunately there isn't a registry key to do this -- however, you could always just block
"chat.msn.com" (assuming you have access to do so).
