Windows Messenger file transfer ports

Hello folks,

I have been scouring the ng to read what ports Windows Messenger uses
for file transfer. I recall it was something like 3891-3900, but this
doesn't seem right...I'm confusing it with the Remote Desktop ports.

It's 6891 through 6900 TCP for 10 simultaneous file transfers.
