MessageApp

Sometimes the box "MessageApp" appears in the task bar
just to the right of the Start button. Clicking on it
with the mouse gets no response and it will not go away
until the computer is rebooted and then it might reappear
at any time.

Can anyone tell me what this means or is related too.
