Open folders minimized

When each folder is opened, it is maximized. How can I
set all folders (new and old) to open MINIMIZED
automatically so that I don't have to minimize them myself
especially those rewritable folders from the disks.

Create a shortcut, and set the (rightclick) Properties dropbox to Minimize.
