PxHelper.sys help

I'm having problems with my computer restarting when I do
things such as watch video or view flash files on the web.

I ran the verifier program in XP.

Thus results were this on a blue screen when it restarted:

IO SYSTEM VERIFICATION ERROR in PxHelper.sys (WDM Driver
Error 235)
[PxHelper.sys+f6c at BAE06F6C]

Can someone tell me what the problem is and where I go
from here?
