Hello all:
I am getting the following error when trying to use
Remote Assistance through Windows Messenger "...the
novice is not logged in". Both machines are XP Pro, and
Remote Assistance is enabled on both machines. I also
get and error stating, "the request for remote assistance
has been denied" on another machine. The novice never
gets the request to allow me to connect. I can connect
to other machines with this computer (as the expert) with
no problems.
Both clients are behind NAT with a UPNP (Dlink)
compatible router. I looked the error up in the KB but
it has nothing on it. Any ideas?
Thanks for your time
