Make a phone call

I have just downloaded and installed the latest messenger 4.7.2009 and it
has removed the ability to make a phone call. Can I still do this?

You can still do this (with the same voice provider and settings), by using MSN Messenger 5
instead:
http://messenger.msn.com/download/download.asp?client=1.

Or, you can use System Restore to restore your previous version (click Start, Help & Support,
"Undo changes to my computer using System Restore" and go through the wizard).
