I would like to use SSH to secure the data transfered using msn.
Does anyone knows how I could do that using SSH?

Unfortunately no -- Messenger (except for the actual authentication process of your
login/password) is not encrypted.

If security is important to you, a third-party solution like Encrypted Messenger may help:
