PC Laptop Stereo Speakers

Problem: PC Speakers are disabled. How do I enable the
PC speaker on the Volume Control Menu.

The problem is not with the mute button.

You can't enable a volume item on the volume control specifically for the PC
speaker. If you have no sound card, the PC speaker responds to the volume
setting. Some utilities, like TweakUI, can change that.
