Unable to Load msmgr32.dll

I recently deleted some apps via the control panel. Now
when I boot I get the two message boxes, one after the
other, stating "Unable to Load msmgr32.dll". I have
another computer also running XP Pro and I searched its
entire HD for this driver and couldn't find it. What's
up? How can I restore msmgr32.dll? Many thanks.

msmgr32.dll is part of msn messenger try reinstalling it.
