Wondering if anybody else has experienced this
problem:NetMeeting opens up ok when someone calls me,
video says it's sending, but there is no picture on the
other end. Other party says their video is sending, but
the Receive tab in Tools on my panel is Greyed out (as is
the other party). Has anyone got any ideas on this?
