Emily,
I have Windows XP Home Edition. The only "Tools" I could
find were "System Tools" and their was NO "options"
listed under it.

Where do I find the "Tools" "Options" and "Security" you
are referring too?

Hi Carla,

I believe she was referring to doing this. In windows messenger or msn
messenger, click on tools, options, privacy. Check the box at the top that
should say something like "Only people on my allow list can see my status
and send me messages". Then, in the My Block List, it will have "all
others".
