If you remove them from Add/Remove programs, you'll remove the update
itself. Look in your Windows folder for sub folders with names like:

$NtUninstallQ322011$

If you're sure you don't need to remove any of these updates, just delete
these folders. Then go to Add/Remove Programs and select each entry. It
will complain that it can't find the uninstall file and ask if you want to
remove the entry.
