yahoo messenger

when i try to view profiles on yahoo messenger i get a
message that says "this file does not have a program
associated with it for performing this action. Create an
association in the Folder Option control panel.
How do I do this. HELP

Hello Jeremy,

The file you are trying to open may be of unknown extension. This message
will come if you try to open a file without installing the software for
reading it.
(Like .PDF file without Adobe Acrobat reader)

But if you open a text file it will open in Notepad because this is
installed by
default at the time of Windows installation.
