2002 & 2003 version = Yes
IMO not worth installing.

I installed System 2003 Pro on my computer I bought in November (my first).
In general, I like it. It has more user friendly utilities than XP Home for
sure, and ties in Norton Antivirus and Personal Firewall seamlessly. It
also helps troubleshoot registry glitches that can pile up and wreak havoc.
The manual is pretty informative, but the Symantec website is hopeless for
trying to get personalized customer support. If it has one drawback, be
prepared for it to more or less just take over your machine, with desktop
icons, etc. The price is pretty stout; approaching $100 for Pro, but the
rebates can help. Until Microsoft develops something more free of bugs that
is truly user-friendly (XP is a step closer).

I agree, except for Norton Anti Virus. NSW doesn't have much to offer the
XP user. Under W98 it is valuable.
