win xp pro setup

Hi
My name is Karan. I am a student in Bombay, India. I was
wondering if any of you knew how to update WinXP Pro. I am
haiving a problem with the setup as my older version of
Windows expired and I cannot delete it. I there any way I
can install the new XP pRo through DOS promt or something.
Pelase let me know

To install WinXP via dos, run the winnt.exe file in the I386 folder.
