Hello,
I was trying to fix a problem I had with Windows
Automatic Updates, and I visited the site(Microsoft
Online Assisted Support) a few times with my passport
sign in option. I reported the incident, but, I guess I
forgot to sign out. Now it has been about 2 weeks that I
try to access it but I get a message I do not have any
reported incidents. I try to sign out, but the action
always fails. Then this message comes up:
"HTTP 403 (Forbidden)You might not have permission to
view this directory". The web browser is set to allow
pictures and I updated my profile in the net.passport
site, but it did not help. I cannot close the
net.passport account because it is not managed by this
site. Can anybody tell me what to do? I appreciate
anybody's help.
