Outlook Express patch.

Archy ....... I have experienced the same problem many
times ...also happens when I click
on "file" ... "new " .. "mail message" OEx tries to show
the splash screen for the new mail message and then I get
the error report dialogue and then it shuts down OEx.

So I would be interested in whatever you find out please.

Thank you to Nicholas for his input regarding MS patches.
However, the patch I am looking for details the problem in plain English,
whereas, the MS site may as well be in Chinese. The one I am looking for was
a non MS temporary fix that specifically mentions hitting the return key and
the following error report notification to MS.

Still, the update in the link provided by Nicholas should take care of the
problem with OE crashing when using the return key repeatedly.
