I am not able to setup "offer remote assistance"
properly. It gives an error message saying "Remote
Assistance Failed. Please try again." Any clues?
I realize that I have to go to local group policy to
enable some of the settings there. Is there a way to
manage local group policy so that I don't have to go to
each workstation to enable the settings? Thanks!
