Messenger conflict.

I would like to make a live video link with another person
using MS Messenger. I am using W98, they are using XP.
Can this be achieved and if so how ?

NetMeeting, will do what you like. However, you are probably going to have
to learn how to use.
But Messenger is not going to be in the picture. In the Summer they are
suppose to update the MSN Messenger that works on 98 to have video, so maybe
then.
