Error loading C:\Program Files\messenger\msgsc.dll

OK, followed the instructions to remove Windows Messenger from the computer.
Now, I am trying to re-install Windows messenger, hoping that I can get
voice to work again. Still trying to troubleshoot why my friend can hear
me, but I can not hear him. Even though his "microphone bars" are moving
indicating that traffic "should" be going out.

Anywho, now upon trying to reinstall Windows Messenger form the Add/Remove
Programs, Windows Setup page, I get the above error.

Any ideas?

Try downloading the latest version of Windows Messenger from
http://messenger.msn.com/download/download.asp?client=0 and installing that.
