I also had a similar problem. After downloading the
latest display driver (Windows Updtae indicated a new
driver was available for my GeForce 3 Ti200), openGL and
other games using DirectX no longer funcitoned correctly.
Frame rates were greatly reduced and any motion scenes
were jerky.

I had to totally remove the new drive, delete the folder
it was in and restore my system and reinstall the last
driver I had for things to work correctly.

And what exactly is "restoring a system" ? And how can I do it ?
