secure sites

I am new to xp and i am unable to get into secure sites
on the net. Both the sucurity settings and cookies are
set on low can anyone help

Hi

Try the 'default' settings - you may have more luck. Are you using any =
of NTL's proxy servers? If so try bypassing them - they sometimes don't =
'agree' with https sites.
