hi,I have somehow removed the remote assistance prepare
system restore programm.how can I Install that thing
again. thank you for your help

Remove the old restore points.

Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disk Cleanup. "More Options" tab,
see the option to delete all but the last restore point.
