Can Win98 PC share a NTFS drive on an XP PC

I was thinking of converting my XP PC drive to NTFS but I
have a second computer on my 802.11 network that runs win
98. Can the win 98 computer read/write files on the xp pc
if NTFS is used? Can the 98 pc share a printer connected
to the win xp machine running ntfs?
